Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Provides transactional support to all areas of Human Resources, including Payroll, Benefits, Employee Relations and Talent Management.
Maintain data quality and integrity through transaction processing, system maintenance and regular audits.
Reviews transactional items within HCM system and acts on requests in a timely manner
Reviews and reconciles invoices to ensure billing accuracy
Responds to help desk requests or inquiries through ticketing system, phone, or email in a timely manner with accurate information and excellent customer service
Takes a broad perspective to problems and spots new, less obvious solutions
Identifies key issues and patterns from partial/conflicting data
Assists in data gathering for annual plan audits and completes distribution process for any plan required notices to participants
Cross-train with other members of the Operations and Payroll teams to provide backup
Other duties and assigned projects from direct supervisor or SVP of HR
Qualifications (Education, Experience, Certifications & KSA):
High School or equivalent degree required; Associates degree preferred
1-2 years of Workday experience preferred
1-3 years experience in HR Operations and / or a HR Shared Services environment preferred
Proficient working knowledge of principles, practices, and standards of human resource administration including payroll
Ability to demonstrate close attention to detail
Ability to manage sensitivity with confidential information
Strong written, verbal, and presentational communication skills required
Ability to work in diverse, fast-paced environment collaborating and building strong relationships with team members including remote resources
Must have strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
Ability to utilize standard software applications, time and attendance administration, and HRM system
