Full Job Description
We are seeking a hardworking and responsible Human Resources Generalist to assist in all aspects of employee management for a rapidly growing business. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures, as well as an aptitude for leadership. The right person for this position will have compassion for our employees, and a willingness to go the extra mile to create a caring work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Complete onboarding process
- Find and Recruit Employees
- Decide how to handle employee issues.
- Review company employment policies and make recommendations for changes.
- Develop, administer, and evaluate employee training programs.
- Select, assess, and train employees.
Please note you must have at least 3 years of experience in HR management
This is a great opportunity for someone with the proper skill set and experience who want to work remotely, earn extra income, and grow with a new company. This is a part-time/contingent position with no guaranteed hours at this time.
Must posses a professional demeanor and friendly attitude.
