The Human Resources Manager is responsible for coordinating all administrative activities related to Presto Transport and it’s subsidiaries. Duties include developing recruitment strategies, implementing systems for managing staff benefits and onboarding new employees. The ideal candidate will manage employee benefit plans and work closely with our On-Road Supervisors to plan and coordinate employee orientations, trainings and engagement activities. Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR federal and state requirements, maintaining records, and submitting required reporting.
