SUMMARY: American Expediting values talent and career development so much we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to help us hire the best talent. American Expediting is composed of a nationwide network of branch locations, seven region offices, and a home office. That makes for a lot of team members to help onboard, transition, and grow in their careers. This position will develop and oversee the execution of talent acquisition to support American Expediting’s growth strategy and ensure required recruiting infrastructure, processes, procedures, and systems to acquire and retain the highest quality candidates in the most effective and efficient manner possible. This position supports the development and strengthening of the organization’s capabilities to consistently attract best-in-class enterprise leadership and motivated talent to meet current and future business plans. This position will develop recruitment strategies to ensure job openings are filled in a timely, consistent, and cost-effective manner. This position will proactively work across the organization to support the organization’s Diversity and Inclusion recruiting goals.
This position is a key role within our HR talent pipeline aimed at developing future HR leaders within the HR function. This position is intended to prepare individuals for promotional or expanded HR roles in the Company.
