Come and join our team! American Metals Supply LLC is a growing metal distributor seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to provide support to a growing workforce and HR function. The Senior HR Manager will be a critical hands-on leader of our Human Resources department as they develop, implement and maintain sustainable HR programs, practices and initiatives in support of our growing business. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership to foster a diverse workplace where employees contribute to the organization to their fullest potential as well as identify opportunities to improve leadership capabilities and increase employee engagement, productivity, and retention.
