JOB SUMMARY:
The job exists to fulfill the learning and development needs of Americo’s associates by tapping into industry and company resources. The job should focus on the needs of our individual associates to support their growth and development. Assist in Development of Company Culture Enhancement Activities. This individual would primarily support the work of the OD Advisor as well as the Senior Manager of HR.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support TD events (pre/post-set up of training space, event communication, logistics, etc.
Aid development of other trainings, communication, and HR effort with consistent branding
Promote and facilitate LOMA continuing education programs and promote LLG content
Maintain LMS content and support technological aspects of managing the LMS
Source content and research platforms to keep TD current and competitive within the market
Assist in Development of Company Culture Enhancement Activities
Special projects as assigned

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES:

• Basic level knowledge of adult learning principles
• Basic level knowledge of the learning and development industry
• Intermediate level knowledge of LMS systems and other web-based platforms used by Talent and Development
• Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products
• Intermediate level knowledge of Americo’s processes, procedures, and products
• Intermediate ability to draft communications written/electronic, company platforms
• Great Verbal and Written communication skills
