Hiring Pay Range: $75,000 to $85,000 per year

SUMMARY
The Human Resources Officer assists in administering corporate-wide Human Resource programs, processes, and policies. This position will work directly with Human Resources Director with corporate-wide initiatives and assist with compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including all regulatory filing requirements. The Human Resources Officer is responsible for managing the recruitment functions for the Company. This position is also responsible for providing support relating to all phases of human resources activity for the assigned regions. This position advises regional supervisors and managers on various employment issues, including the deficient performance of employees and appropriate counseling and disciplinary measures, interpretation of employment policies, salary administration, etc.
The Human Resources Officer will work on-site at the ANB Bank Cherry Creek location with the ability to work remotely for up to six days per month and within the terms of the Flexible Working Location Policy.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience. In addition, a minimum of five years of human resources experience required. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required. SHRM-CP, PHR, SHRM-SCP, or SPHR Certification preferred.
