This is a hands-on position to support the needs of the plant supervision, plant employees, and commercial functions.
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree or equivalent in experience (5-8 years of HR experience)
Must have at least 3 years experience in HR in a manufacturing environment
At least 2 years experience managing workers compensation and managing OSHA compliance
Must be willing to be hands on, assisting hourly associates with computer skills, some data entry
Hours will generally be 7am – 4pm, M – F. (This is not a remote position)
