Summary
The Human Resources Systems Analyst is responsible for support and maintenance of human resource management system (HRMS) ensuring data integrity, accurate report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities as well as developing and implementing programs, policies and procedures to support the company goals and competitive practices . Monitors trends in related functional areas and stays current on applicable legislation and government regulations to improve and sustain functional impact . Actively contributes to overall success of HR team with a focus on Systems and Process Improvement efforts . This position will demonstrate our core values, maintain confidentiality, collaborate, and work effectively and positively with the HR team and our internal clients.
