SUMMARY
The Workday Analyst Human Resources Technology (HRT) will serve as a technical point of contact between IT and internal business services, helping HR define and execute their strategies and giving them the adaptability, they need in a fast-changing world.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
The Workday Analyst HRT will:
Dive decisions and recommend best practices related to Workday functionality including Core HCM
Identify configuration strategies, risks, and options, recommend approaches and mitigations to meet client/functional requirements
Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiencies and execute optimization projects
Implement enhancements and new features from discovery through deployment
Support Security, Reporting, and Integration operations
Support release management, reviews release summary, and releases readiness documents from system vendors
QUALIFICATIONS
Education Required
Bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience & Skills Required
Advanced knowledge of the Workday platform. Specific product modules (HCM)
Passionate about technology and motivated to apply the latest innovations to streamline administrative work
Proactive and collaborative; a leader with effective communication skills
A creative problem solver with the flexibility to navigate uncertainty
Ability to analyze data, create management summary reports and make presentations
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them
