We’re seeking a Talent Relations Manager for the Corporate Communications and Publicity team for Apple’s new original video subscription service, Apple TV+, featuring original shows, movies and documentaries from the world’s most creative storytellers!
Key Qualifications
- 7-10+ years validated experience handling industry relationships with talent agents, managers and publicists at a studio, network or production company.
- In depth experience working with all levels of talent and their representatives.
- Skilled at prioritizing multiple inquiries, with an established track record of outstanding judgment in fast-paced, high-profile environment, particularly in dealing with time-sensitive, confidential matters.
- Experience developing relationships and effectively collaborating with various partners and vendors.
- Meticulous attention to detail, outstanding organizational skills and excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Flexibility to attend and staff talent at events and travel internationally.
- Highly organized with a strong work ethic, and excellent time management skills.
- Strong project and/or event management experience.
Description
In this role, you will act as the talent liaison for supporting and guiding communication to talent, producers and their representatives across Apple TV+ film and television productions. Connect with top talent, show runners, producers, and their representatives, and collaborate with internal teams across film and television program events and campaigns. Lead talent logistics for press opportunities, including hair/make-up, styling, transportation and lodging. Secure talent participation for press interviews, events, screenings and photo shoots. Create and lead detailed itineraries for cast and creative team members. Coordinate cast and creative team lists in tandem with Publicity. Handle overall talent opportunities for Apple TV+ productions and experiences.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree is required.
