• 8+ years of recent experience in digital marketing gained from a consumer brand, eCommerce provider or digital marketing agency
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing analytics, digital media landscape and O2O experience
• Experience with a variety of analytics tools including Google, Adobe, Thoughtspot preferred
• Experience in analyzing data is a plus and delivering insights and opportunities to grow the business
• Metrics/ROI driven and knows how to generate leads and track to close the loop
• Proficiency with data: Solid analytical skills and the ability to collect and synthesize data independently
• Proven experience succeeding in complex, matrix and cross-functional projects
• Solid understanding and experience managing sales, marketing or eCommerce related projects
• Ability to personally deliver large scale initiatives in a fast-paced environment with high levels of complexity and ambiguity
• Experience delivering successful end-to-end digital programs or campaigns, from concept to execution to reporting and optimization
• Innovative thinking to approach challenges from multiple angles
• Ability to inspire, influence and collaborate across a wide range of constituents across functions and organizational levels
• Demonstrated organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently while maintaining attention to detail

Plan and deliver an O2O strategy in collaboration with with cross functional centre of excellence expertise across digital, in-store teams as well as Sales, Marketing, Legal and Finance This includes defining the O2O customer journey, inclusion of key O2O capabilities and alignment with other digital channel programs and tools, offers and in-store initiatives Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and proactively drive best-in-class O2O initiatives across partner channels Monitor, analyze and transform customer behavior and purchasing data into actionable insights and drive decisions to attain our goals Routinely assess top partner’s websites to understand O2O capabilities and design relevant O2O campaigns to drive customer acquisition and conversion Be actively involved in SEO efforts and develop digital campaigns to drive traffic to Apple pages on partner websites. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders across marketing and sales to develop and coordinate all O2O activities with top digital accounts and platforms Develop O2O campaign success metrics, reporting, tracking and analytics Work with data monitoring and analytics tools to provide post-campaign report, insights and improvement actions of digital campaigns and promotions for internal stakeholders Stay abreast of the competitive landscape and continually review programs data to develop new O2O initiatives that improve performance Research new and innovative online marketing techniques for the company to adopt Monitor and provide competitors digital campaigns and market trends

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
