JOB SUMMARY
Acts as a San Diego based (2 days in the office at the hotel and 3 days remote after 90 days in position) liaison for group sales within the 100 to 500 peak room parameter for Property Sales. Selling to all territories and segments. Contracts and closes group business in addition to conducting site inspections. Verifies business is turned over properly and in a timely fashion for quality service delivery. Achieves group revenue goals by actively up-selling each business opportunity to maximize revenue opportunity. Implements the brand’s service strategy and applicable brand initiatives in all aspects of the sales process and drives customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience.

California Applicants Only: The pay range for this position is $34.06 to $72.80 per hour.
Colorado Applicants Only: The hourly pay range for this position is $34.06 to $66.18.
New York City & Westchester County, NY Applicants Only: The pay range for this position is $41.21 to $72.80 per hour.
Washington Applicants Only: The hourly pay range for this position is $34.06 to $72.80. In addition, the position is eligible for a quarterly bonus. Employees will accrue 0.4616 PTO balance for every hour worked and eligible to receive minimum of 7 holidays annually.
