Apsida is partnered with a leading global consulting firm that provides independent economic and financial analysis behind a broad range of matters including litigation, business guidance through critical strategy and operational issues to become more profitable, and government advice on the economic impact of policies and regulations. Their two main services – litigation and management consulting – are delivered by practice groups that focus on specific areas of expertise or industries.
Role Description
Vice Presidents are the leaders of the firm, and in that capacity, they have a multi-faceted set of responsibilities:
Vice Presidents are expected to effectively and ethically represent the business as an officer of the firm at all times, using outstanding professional judgment on all client and internal issues, including demonstration of fiscal responsibility and professional/collegial behavior. Beyond these common requirements, each practice area will have evolving and varying needs of its leaders, and each Vice President candidate will bring a unique set of skills and experiences.
Benefits
The ideal candidate is an individual who values the opportunity to build. This organization offers a collaborative and entrepreneurial culture that emphasizes the importance of creating long-term value for our clients and our colleagues. About 70% of our officers have been with the organization for more than five years, which enables a level of collegiality and stability that fosters a multi-disciplinary approach to excellence in meeting client needs. At the same time, they thoughtfully integrate the more recently arrived VPs so as to leverage their ability to deepen and broaden capabilities and reach.
They invest in the training and development of all practitioners and encourage their initiative, creativity, and professional growth through a robust curriculum and learning culture. The vast majority of our practice and corporate leaders were previously successful practitioners elsewhere, ensuring a culture that remains focused on serving clients and nurturing talent.
Qualifications
Successful candidates will have a proven track record in marketing and developing business with new and existing clients (~$2.5m personal annual revenue); exceptional client relationship, team, and project management abilities; and superior relationship-building skills, establishing credibility and trust within the firm and across the market.
