Louis Vuitton is recruiting an experienced, solutions focused and collaborative Human Resources Manager to support our Los Angeles Metro. Reporting into the Human Resources Director, this position will have accountability for employee engagement, employee relations, and talent development.
This role has both strategic as well as tactical responsibilities; therefore this role will suit an HR professional who thrives in a varied and fast paced environment with the ability to build solid professional working relationships at all levels. With significant knowledge in the principles and practices of Human Resources administration, the successful candidate will have excellent problem solving and communication skills in addition to the ability to calmly & confidently deal with conflict management. Working closely with a wide range of business partners, the ability to command and influence people is key to this role, along with a natural skill to motivate and engage people.
