Aptive Solar seeks an experienced professional to lead a team of customer advocates. As the Sr. Manager of Customer Operations, you will be responsible for leading a forward-facing team that will focus on customer engagement, fulfillment operations and data collection. Major responsibilities include building out best in class communication guidelines that include a multifaceted communication strategy of call, text, chat and working with other peers to ensure that the turnaround times are second to none. This is a key leadership position with responsibility for building and scaling the customer operations to match the growth of the business. The ideal candidate is an experience professional with excellent communication skills, great with people and experience leadership skills. This position will be based in Aptive Solar headquarters in Provo, Utah, although remote options may also be available.
