BrightView Health Hiring for Vice President of Operations Job at Ohio Full Time

Position Summary:
Responsible for ensuring company’s processes are consistently maintained at each center to ensure a quality patient experience and outcome

Essential Job Duties:

• Responsible for consistent Operational performance at each facility
• Provide direct oversight to Regional Directors and support for Operations Directors
• Partnership with Medical and Clinical State-level leadership to optimize center performance
• Identify opportunities and develop strategy for process improvement activities
• Lead the recruitment, training, development, and evaluation of Regional Director Team
• Take a lead role in Operations Director Training Program
• Collaborate with COO on Org Chart and Program Development as needed
• Partner with Human Resources to ensure all team members understand organizational goals and how each person plays an important role in the overall success of the company
• Ensure all Compliance Training is completed on time and all center employees behave consistently with Company’s Compliance Standards, which are in accordance with all local, state, and federal regulations
• Coordinate with Growth and Development Team to promote successful future De Novo openings
• Partner with Finance Team to provide input on annual budgeting and process improvement initiatives to ensure we achieve stated goals
• Lead and participate in management team meetings with State VP of Medicine and Clinical
• Attend events, activities, and/or trainings to enhance the Company’s presence within our industry
• Ensure talent assessment and succession planning exercises occur at least quarterly for all Ops Leadership

Required Education/Degree:
Bachelors Degree required Advanced Degree in related field preferred

Required Experience:
5+ years of management-level experience or the equivalent of education and training, preferably within the field of Behavioral Health

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 – $125,000.00 per year
