Job Title: Transportation Practice Lead

Key Responsibilities:

2. Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique transportation challenges, and providing innovative solutions that exceed their expectations.
3. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging existing networks and cultivating new relationships within the transportation industry. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop compelling proposals and win new projects.
4. Technical Expertise: Bring deep knowledge of transportation engineering principles, industry trends, and best practices to the table. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and advancements in transportation systems, leveraging them to deliver state-of-the-art solutions.
5. Project Delivery Excellence: Oversee the successful execution of transportation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and with the highest quality.
Qualifications:
– A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Planning, or a related field.
– 15 years experience in transportation engineering, with a focus on transportation planning, traffic engineering, or related areas.
– Demonstrated success in leading and managing transportation projects, including staff supervision, client relationship management, and budget control.
– Strong business acumen with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities, expand market presence, and drive revenue growth.
– Professional licensure or certification in transportation engineering is preferred.
