BASIC FUNCTION: Assists the Office and Human Resource functions through administrative tasks and projects. Ensures effective communications both internally and externally to maintain a positive and professional image for the company.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Delivers excellent customer service to all staff and customers of Aqua-Tots.
· Provides additional administrative assistance to the leadership team.
· Recruits for open positions (review resumes, conduct prescreen interviews, schedule onsite interviews, and communicate with managers throughout the process).
· Processes all paperwork for new hires and terminations.
· Conducts new hire orientations.
· Ensures accuracy of associate and customer files.
· Tracks the receipt of associate documents and manages checklists for processes.
· Assists with coordinating company-wide events and activities.
· Handles customer interactions and support.
· Primary backup for multi-line switchboard.
· Primary backup for at front desk personnel, including greeting and supporting customers.
· Takes concerns from associates and coordinates with appropriate person to resolve their issues (i.e. facility maintenance issues, payroll and hourly wage issues, etc.).
· Supports leadership on identifying daily scheduling gaps.
· Completes daily, weekly, and monthly transaction reporting to ensure accuracy of all of our internal systems and records.
· Places outbound customer calls related to problem-solving.
· Places outbound customer calls related to new business opportunities.
· Schedules private and semi-private lessons, as requested, by leadership.

Pay: $35,000.00 – $45,000.00 per year
