JOB SUMMARY
The Tucson Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Tucson division. Duties include supervising field and warehouse personnel, ensuring daily targets are met, ensuring all field operations are completed timely, providing advice and conflict resolution to staff and builder clients, maintain flooring installation standards and quality of work, and communicating work-related issues to management. To ensure success as a Tucson Operations Manager, you should have excellent leadership skills, the ability to motivate, communicate effectively, as well as the ability to identify operational problems and solve them quickly and efficiently.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company guidelines, policies and procedures, and applicable laws. Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
