Network Recruiter (Golden, Colorado) Ascent Classical Academies is a dynamic education company that establishes and operates classical, K-12 charter schools and is engaged in other entrepreneurial initiatives. Currently, with a workforce of approximately 200 dedicated teachers, gifted administrators, and seasoned professionals, ACA serves over 1,700 children in several schools located across Colorado and is in the midst of significant expansion to South and North Carolina. The organization operates using the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), a framework for achieving systematic and continuous traction toward the goals and the vision of the business. To support this robust growth, ACA is hiring its first recruiter to source great talent for teacher, administrative, and school leadership positions for existing and new locations. The recruiter is a dynamic and energetic individual who will establish and grow relationships with partners, classical education supporters, and universities to develop pipelines for both new and experienced faculty, staff, and leaders. The recruiter will be responsible for developing organizational processes around recruiting and managing relationships and candidates in a CRM. The recruiter will work with our human resources team to help establish a talent recruitment strategy and support hiring, onboarding, and retention processes for great teams across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a familiarity with and affinity for classical education. The candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and promoting the Ascent Classical Academies’ mission and vision with enthusiasm. Thinking outside the box and creativity around promoting new ways to connect with candidates, such as online or virtual sessions, are desired. The network recruiter is responsible for implementing and continuously improving the following areas of work:

• Maintain and develop pipelines of eligible candidates for future open positions.
• Maintain and develop relationships with career services professionals at institutions of higher education.
• Working with the director of marketing, manage social media and online platforms for recruiting purposes.
• Develop interview questions and outlines for various position types.
• Create dynamic job descriptions that accurately reflect the needs of ACA.
• Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews.
• Develop relationships with candidates.
• Review and process applications, schedule and conduct interviews via phone or in-person.
• Assist hiring managers to focus on candidates best suited for campus needs.

Compensation Range and Particulars: $57,000-$75,000 (highly dependent on experience and fit) Schedule and Classification: Full-Time, Exempt Benefits Available:
