Assist Health Group Hiring for HR Hiring – Remote at Remote Full Time

Are you looking for a rewarding career in human resources? The Assist Health Group team is growing and we are looking to add our first Hiring / Recruiting / Human Resources team member to join the team.

As a Human Resources team member, you will :

• Recruit and hire leading talent to the organization
• Onboard new employees
• Be the first point of contact for HR questions within the company
• Verify payroll hours and exceptions for the company
• Setup and implement HR policies for the organization with management input
• Organize benefits for the company
• Manage other non-hr administrative tasks as assigned by management

Candidates should :
– Have previous experience in HR or Hiring at a small to medium sized company.
– Have experience being the sole HR or Recruiter at their company.
– Be willing to help out in other parts of the organization when needed.
– Strong communication skills, you should be able to draft job descriptions with ease.
– Strong organizational skills
– Strong attention to detail.
– Excellent computer skills including excel

This is a remote position.
Employee will be eligible for annual raises and bonuses.
