Loudoun County Government is seeking a strategic information technology leader who wants to be part of a dynamic leadership team as the Assistant Director for Enterprise Systems. The ideal candidate will be a solutions-oriented manager and strategic leader who inspires creative problem-solving and an excellent customer service mentality from his or her team. The future Assistant Director will share a passion for advancing the role of technology in supporting the mission of Loudoun County Government.

Loudoun County Regular Full-time Employees are eligible for full benefits including but not limited to the following as a part of a total rewards package:
Requires any combination of education and experience equivalent to a Master’s degree in business, public administration, and/or information systems and five (5) years of experience leading Information Technology programs and staff, including at least three (3) years’ experience leading Information Technology projects requiring organizational transformation, preferably in a local government environment.
This position is an executive level position and is expected to work outside of normal business hours, when necessary, as determined by the Director or Deputy Director.
