Job Summary
Under limited supervision, provide resolution to a diverse range of complex issues. Accountable to perform as a subject matter expert across business lines and provide direction on all applications to mitigate fraud /risk and to ensure compliance and operational integrity. Play a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience during every interaction. Provide ongoing support to all colleagues through multiple channels including phone, service request fulfillments, emails and Instant Messaging. Additionally, using the extensive Retail and Commercial Banking knowledge, analyze calls to identify potential risk areas that may need review to ensure limited exposure to the bank.

Acts in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations as outlined in training materials, including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act. Responsible for ing suspicious activity to Financial Intelligence. Responsible to all customer complaints as prescribed and procedure violations to management or HR. Responsible to ethical concerns as needed to Associated’s anonymous Ethics Hotline.
