What is AST Academy?
Being hired into the AST Academy is a great opportunity for fresh or recent college graduates to become trained in and build a career in Cloud consulting. You’ll begin with 90 days of fully paid training, where you’ll learn business, consulting, technology, and delivery methodology skills in Cloud Consulting. After 90 days, you’ll begin applying what you’ve learned, working under the guidance of a mentor until you can work on your own. Our AST consultants are experts in the most powerful and cutting-edge solutions and opening the door for new minds in technology is a key differentiator in our industry as a global systems integrator.
What You’ll Do:
Attend our formal, fully paid training at AST Academy which covers consulting 101, culture/professional development, business, and technical skills aligned to our client projects and technology solutions (Oracle, Salesforce, AWS, and more)
Shadow and support mentors on projects to apply and enhance your trained skills.
Learn how to consult clients on best practices and business solutions with the Cloud.
Bring fresh perspectives and innovation to the team.
After you’ve successfully completed the training and no longer need support from your mentor you will lead projects of your own!
By leveraging your academic experience in the AST Academy, you’ll build a career in consulting, helping our clients implement Oracle Cloud ERP solutions to improve their business processes in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources and Talent Management.
What You’ll Bring:

Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree from an accredited university in Business, HR Management, Psychology, Technology or related fields.
Experience in or exposure to MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, MS Teams)
High level of integrity and ability to work in diverse teams fostering trust.
Ability to problem solve and look for ways to continuously improve.
Must have authorization to work permanently in the US without sponsorship now or in the future for this position.
Ability to travel if/when needed by clients. AST has adapted a hybrid work model and will only ask employees to travel if they are healthy, safe, and comfortable.
Must be available to start in early June 2022.
