Description:
This role holds responsibility for providing strategic leadership and for maintaining and enhancing the organizations human resources by planning, developing and implementing policies, programs and practices including workforce planning, organizational development, employee relations, performance management, compensation, employee and leadership development. This role supports one manufacturing site and one distribution center.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience working HR in a **manufacturing environment required**.
• Experience working in a unionized manufacturing environment strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in Human Resources and Labor Relations, or business-related field; Master’s degree a plus
• PHR/SPHR preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interface with senior management.
• Strong business acumen and business partnering skills.
• Excellent consulting, coaching, organizational and facilitation skills.
• Multi-site location business unit support experience a plus.
• Ability to travel between sites frequently to provide in person client support.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Computer proficient (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, etc.); Working knowledge of HRIS and talent management systems.
• Ability to exhibit international perspective with sensitivity for cultural and language differences.
