5-7 years of Financial/Banking Services and Corporate Recruiting
JOB PROFILE
• Executes all activities for the entire recruiting cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, making offers, etc.
• Developing plans for sourcing appropriate candidates, conducting the interview process, and extending offers to selected candidates while maintaining a low cost per hire.
• Researching and sourcing candidates through search techniques and developing internal and external search strategies per position assignment. Preparation of management reports.
• Recruiting, assessing, presenting, interviewing, making offers.
• Assisting in the development of recruiting strategies and advising hiring managers on practices that support the goals and direction of the organization.

Major Job Duties and Responsibilities: Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs.
Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using computer database, networking, Internet recruiting resources, cold calls, media and employee referrals.
Interview applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education and job skills.
Prepare and maintain employment records.
Contact applicants to inform them of employment possibilities, consideration, and selection. Inform potential applicants about facilities, operations, benefits, and job or career opportunities in organizations.

WORK EXPERIENCE
Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree with In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education and experience (including military service) may be considered.
WorkDay Experience- HR system
Education/Experience: High School Degree and Bachelor’s degree in human resources or equivalent training – preferred. 5-7 years previous recruiting experience required.
Skills and Competencies: Verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, customer service and interpersonal skills.
