Responsibilities
•The Talent Acquisition Specialist will report to the Director of Human Resources and is responsible for the creation and maintenance of a talent pipeline
•Including sourcing, identifying, screening, representing, and maintaining relationships with qualified candidates
•The Talent Acquisition Specialist is expected to work in conjunction with all parts of our organization
•Create and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for proactive (and reactive) client needs
•Pipeline needs will be defined by Sales and Delivery
•Business partner for stakeholders to understand and identify recruiting needs
•Work closely with Sales and Delivery to evaluate pipeline of candidates
•Manage relationship with pipeline candidates for proactive needs
•Remaining in contact, checking in, updates on potential roles
•Create and implement the full recruitment process from identifying candidates through request for offer ensuring a positive candidate experience
•Identify and clarify all hiring specifications with hiring managers and sales, present accurate and detailed job descriptions, and implement action plans to maximize candidate sourcing
•Own advertising, filtering, and screening applicants
•Create “sell paragraphs” highlighting candidates’ qualifications for sales and delivery utilization in placement
•Place candidate resumes into Client’s desired format when being presented for consideration by hiring manager or sales
•Be an expert in identifying effective recruiting trends
•Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent
•Use competitive analysis to understand hiring needs and recruiting practices of talent competitors
•Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports (3-up, needs, etc.)
•Present pipeline candidates for reactive needs (brought forth by sales or delivery)
•Owns job fairs scheduling, invitations, day of management
•Attend networking events, job fairs, meetups, etc
•In conjunction with the Events Team participate in all other client/employee facing events as necessary, owning portions of events as assigned
•Support the Human Resource team’s activities with growth, longevity, and diversity as key measurements of success
•Other duties as assigned

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field or 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition (agency or in-house recruitment)
•Experience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, Applicant Tracking Systems, cold calling etc
•Experience interviewing and evaluating candidates using a variety of techniques including phone screening, in-person interviewing, and video
•Strong customer service skills
•Ability to analyze data, draw accurate conclusions and communicate key messages succinctly
•Ability to manage complexity and work in a fluid environment
•Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to work closely with others from across different departments
•Creation and maintenance of qualified pipeline
•Physical activity that often requires keyboarding, sitting, phone work, and filing
•Physical activity that often requires extensive time working on a computer
•Physical activity may require lifting under 25 lbs
•Physical activity that sometimes requires travel – car, train, and/or air
•Physical activity that sometimes requires bending, stooping, reaching, climbing, kneeling, and/or twisting
•Specific vision abilities required include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust and focus
•Must hear and speak well enough to conduct business over the telephone or face to face (in English) for long periods of time
•This position will require working indoors
