:Roles and responsibilities:

• Provide support to Human Resources functions, i.e. benefits, compliance, records management, corrective actions, HRIS
• Perform duties as assigned by HR Generalists to include organization of corporate documents, employee file updates, new hire orientation, benefits administration, leave requests and other employment related activities. Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees.
• Accomplishes human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Experience:

• 1+ years of professional progressive HR working experience is required
• Bachelor’s degree is required

Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be organized and detail-oriented. Excellent coordination skills are required
• Ensures that all sensitive and personal information is protected and safeguarded.
• Must have a team player attitude
• Ability to interact with all levels of an organization in a professional, diplomatic, and tactful manner
• Proficiency in the use of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & SharePoint)
