The Human Resources Business Partner performs Human Resources-related duties at the professional level and may carry out responsibilities in some or all the following functional areas: employee relations, benefits, recruitment and selection, training, performance development, culture/employee engagement and retention, HR legal and regulatory compliance and records management, safety and health, and execution of other employee-related programs. They will report to and collaborate with the HR Director and local leadership to identify human resource issues/needs including restructuring and reorganization, career development, performance management, and other assigned duties.
