Human Resources Manager
BEASLEY, MITCHELL & CO., LLP, a regional, growth-oriented 70 person public accounting firm with offices in LAS CRUCES, NM and EL PASO, TX, is seeking an experienced HR professional to facilitate the Firm’s growth through effective recruiting strategies and people development programs. Reporting to the Controller, the Human Resources Manager will be responsible for the success of the Firm’s people strategies by encouraging an environment where staff members can best succeed.

The HR Manager will be responsible for the coordination of the Firm’s:
· Recruiting efforts and campus relationships
· Successful on-boarding and orientation process
· Implementing learning and development efforts
· Support of the performance management process
· Management of general HR issues

Qualified candidates will have a bachelor’s or master’s degree and at least five years of management-level experience in Human Resources. Professional services experience is preferred. Competitive salary and benefits offered.
