Atlantic Health System is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant for the HR Department.
The position plays a critical role in supporting several key teams within AHS including: Talent Acquisition, Physician and Advanced Practice Clinician (APC) Recruitment, Physician Compensation and Contracting, and Clinician Onboarding. This role is based at one of our Corporate Buildings located at 465 South Street in Morristown NJ. The role is full-time, but schedule is flexible (9 – 5pm – or similar variation).

Essential Function/Responsibilities:
The following duties and responsibilities generally reflect the expectations of this position but are not intended to be all-inclusive.
- Support the day-to-day functions in a fast-paced environment, including administrative support of team leadership.
- Maintain a customer service approach, and communicate in a positive, professional manner.
- Respond to and resolve requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Perform general administrative tasks including managing calendars and phones, organizing meetings, maintaining records, ordering and tracking, ordering supplies, filing, and organizing, executing internal processes for the highest efficiency.
- Schedule rooms for meetings, events, appointments, and/or similar activities for the department, track correspondence, and prepare, order, and distribute materials.
- Create PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets, newsletters, reports, minutes, and agendas as requested.
- Work effectively and efficiently with each member of the team to assist and support, as needed.
- Participate in other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
Minimum Education
- High school diploma required; college preferred.
Minimum Experience:
- Strong computer technology skills including, but not limited to, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision, set priorities, and follow through to accomplish results.
- Prior administrative experience is strongly preferred.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to multi-task, plan, problem-solve, and prioritize a large volume of detail-oriented work in accordance with changing deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills that reflect excellent attention to detail.
