Right now, we’re hiring an experienced and professional Automotive Service Advisor for our second shop. This is a new position and will require a seasoned and professional Advisor, as well as someone who loves working with exceptional clients and team members. And NO evenings or weekends, they are yours for family.

We are located in coastal Maine and have an exceptional team of people that care deeply about each other, our clients, and their cars. This group of awesome men and women deserve to team with a Service Advisor who is equally awesome and has a shared vision of customer service excellence.
Task & Purpose:
The Service Advisor role is vital to the success of our business. The primary job of this position is professionally presenting clients with the services and repair recommendations and managing workflow through the shop.
This role also assists in customer service aspects of the business. You’ll report to and work directly with the team manager to grow with the company. At Atlantic Motorcar, this is a career, not just a job.
Necessary Qualifications:
Leadership Experience: Must have a solid track record of leadership experience and training, the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a team. Prior military or civilian leadership experience is a plus.
Automotive Service Advising: Automotive service experience will be very helpful to the candidate to understand and grasp the systems and processes.
Clean, Professional Appearance: We believe in relationships with our fellow team members and customers — the professional nature of what you do matters.
