A successful HR Coordinator is personable, super organized, detail oriented, enjoys learning and is able to follow through on every detail of an assignment. This role will organize, aid and facilitate the talent acquisition of providers. You will recruit and place new employees and assist with guiding employees through the HR onboarding process; answering any questions they may have about policies. Some experience in recruitment, project management, scheduling, and/or administrative tasks is preferred, but not required.
As an HR Coordinator you will perform a variety of HR tasks including full lifecycle recruiting, creating and maintaining a channel for recruiting providers, orientation day and some event planning. You will advise, lead, consult and coordinate with CBO management and multiple care center’s managers, company owners and all employees in a recruitment capacity. This position reports to the Director of HR.

HOW AHP TAKES CARE OF YOU:
RESPONSIBILITIES & PRIMARY DUTIES
RECRUITING
Including gaining an understand of recruiting needs, posting internally and to external job boards, organizing and filing applicant data, networking with schools, soliciting referrals, attending career fairs and other networking events as requested, leveraging social media, and sourcing passive candidates.
In addition, coordinating phone calls, scheduling online and in-person interviews, creating agendas, arranging travel and coordinating candidate reimbursement, ensuring all paperwork is collected, and communicating with applicants throughout the recruiting process.
_ ORIENTATION & ONBOARDING_
Managing and executing Orientation Day for providers, coordinating with hiring managers and directors to ensure a great onboarding experience, working closely with the Medical Director and Director of Practice Operations to ensure they receive any support needed, following up with new hires post-start, and more.
_ COMMUNICATIONS_
Includes editing job descriptions, placing ads, fulfilling job requisitions, creating copious email correspondence, drafting personnel announcements, producing company event flyers and meeting notices. Initiate and handle many audio and video calls and meetings.

The employee is occasionally required to stand, kneel, or squat and lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
This job will require very minimal exposure to patient elements. This role routinely uses standard office equipment. The core hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., but can vary depending on business needs. Occasional travel between the Central Business Office (CBO), care centers and job fair locations in Texas. Position is located at the CBO and work-from- home/ flex schedule is an option
