Position Summary
The HRIS Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) for the company.
This position is located at our corporate office in Kennesaw, GA. This position has an option to work a hybrid schedule working remote 3 or 4 days each week.
Duties and Responsibilities
Process employee data including but not limited to reporting structure, wage changes, rehire eligibility, employee information, position details, and other data maintained within the HRIS
Manage new hire data uploads, focused on accuracy and quality review of data integrity
Collect necessary data for EEO-1 reporting
Design manuals and document data processing procedures
Generate ad-hoc reports as needed for senior leaders
Collaborate with IT staff to perform regular tests and upgrades to the HRIS
Ensure compliance with GDPR and other data protection regulations
Research vendors and implement new integrations as needed
Other system related duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business, IT or related field is required
Minimum 5 years of experience with HR systems is required
Experience with ADP or Ceridian is preferred
Understanding of HR processes and data including legal requirements is required
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel is required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Must have strong analytical skills
Ability to work independently on a team
Ability to prioritize work, multi-task and meet deadlines
Must be tech-savvy and have an interest in process analysis, automation and documentation
Ability to anticipate and respond to the needs of users/customers/business partners in a timely manner
Experience with RFP process for HR systems is a plus
Experience with implementing HR systems is a plus
