Position Overview:
The Human Resources Manager – Global Technology is responsible for partnering with specific line-of-business executives to develop HR strategies that impact complex and global businesses. The HR Manager also develops and executes tactical plans at the business unit level to achieve strategic objectives, and combines strong organizational development skills and change management skills with core HR skills (staffing, compensation, associate relations) to help the business achieve its objectives.
