Coordinates employee/payroll process in Human Resources department for assigned areas
Review/edit new employee information into Workday system
Review/approve demographic and status changes, terminations and/or discharges and communicates changes to appropriate departments
Scans new hire/transfer/benefit paperwork into DocuWare
2.
Coordinates licensure and certification requirements for all health care professionals in the health system at BH Madisonville and ensures that all are current. Completes primary sourcing verification according to Joint Commission regulations
3.
Assists employees with Human Resources, Benefits and Payroll related questions or concerns
4.
Process compliance communication, terms and disciplines
5.
Assists new employees in the hiring process, as needed
6.
Provides notary service to employees as needed
7.
Audits job descriptions for employee compliance during onboarding, transfers, and conducts monthly reports for tracking purposes to ensure compliance of expiring licenses and certifications. Consults with Recruiter and HR Manager if discrepancy noted or questions arise
8.
Keeps abreast of licensure, registration, and certification requirements of all healthcare positions at BH Madisonville
9.
Processes worker’s compensation injury form and maintains OSHA log for the entire West Region
10.
Provides statistical reports and data as requested

Conducts new hire orientation, if applicable
12.
Coordinates/Audits employee evaluation communication and compliance
13.
Coordinates employee engagement/recognition programs
Minimum Education, Experience, Training, and Licensures Required: Associate degree in business or related field of study required, Bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience: Two years related experience, including computer experience, in a position that requires direct public contact required, Human Resource experience preferred.
