Full Job Description
Are you a people person with a knack for making sure everything runs smoothly? Good news! We’re looking for a Human Resources Generalist to join our team. You’ll oversee HR tasks like onboarding, employee relations, employee file maintenance, training, and off-boarding.
What does the day-to-day look like?
You’ll be the go-to person for all things HR! From managing onboarding and offboarding, to investigating disputes and coaching managers, you’ll have a hand in it all. You’ll also be responsible for making sure everything is legal and compliant, and ensuring new hires have a smooth transition. Plus, you’ll get to create and lead training sessions to keep everyone up to date on the latest HR best practices.
So, who are we looking for?
You’d be a great fit if you:
Possess a bachelor’s degree in HR, or related field, and a few years working as a generalist or HRBP.
Are comfortable working with team members at all levels of the business.
Know your way around MS Office Suite and are pretty tech savvy.
Stay organized and can meet deadlines without compromising quality.
Are a self-starter and strong communicator (written and verbal).
Enjoy working on multiple projects and being on-site to help team members navigate issues.
Love being part of a team – we enjoy working in groups and regularly partner up to get things done!
