MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Exemplifies characteristics of The BAYADA Way: compassion, excellence and reliability.
2. Four (4) year college degree.
3. Experience with HR systems, particularly within an HRIS (Workday, etc.).
4. One (1) to three (3) years of reporting or analytics experience.
5. Strong Excel skills.
6. Experience in building dashboards (defining requirements, creating prototypes – technical Tableau experience not required).
7. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
8. Capable of data analysis, generating and presenting findings.
9. Solid interpersonal and communication skills.
10. Collaborative team player.
11. Solution oriented.
12. Acceptable pre-employment assessment results.
13. Ability to read, write and effectively communicate in English.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Demonstrate and communicate the core values of BAYADA and The BAYADA Way.
2. Develop working knowledge of BAYADA’s mission, services, people, organization, policies and procedures.
3. Become an expert in our HRIS’s reporting capabilities and data fields.
4. Create and manage daily, weekly, and ad hoc reports for talent development and business unit leadership, including identifying trends and highlighting key insights.
5. Serve as the go-to resource for questions from end-users on Talent Development data, responding to ad-hoc data and dashboard access requests.
6. Work with our People Analytics team to support the build and ensure the quality of our Tableau dashboards, including support in identifying and driving resolution of data quality issues.
7. Build documentation to ensure data accessibility to all stakeholders.
8. Support Talent Development Strategy and Innovation and business unit leadership in creating presentations for senior leaders across BAYADA.
9. Provide key input on how new technologies and processes impact our reporting capabilities.
10. Be part of a dynamic and collaborative team that is passionate about having fun while finding new solutions for complex problems and challenging the status quo.
11. Demonstrate solid performance or exceed performance standards in key job dimensions/attributes as defined on the Performance Appraisal for Office Staff.
12. Perform related duties, or as required or requested by supervisor.
