About this Position: At Becklar, our culture comes first and we are looking for an HR Director who is passionate about caring first about each person and sharing our culture in each interaction they have. Under direction of the Chief People Officer, the HR Director is responsible for full-cycle Human Resources support for our offices. This role will be critical in the planning and executing of HR processes, providing internal support, and mainstreaming all practices and procedures. In this position you will engage designated leaders to understand talent needs of the business and define people strategies as it relates to the needs of the site. You will be responsible for managing other HR professionals across multiple sites, as well as mentoring and training them on best practices. This position requires someone who is comfortable with both tactical and strategic HR functions.

What You’ll do:
Direct and continually strive to improve all sides of HR company wide including: onboarding, offboarding, performance management, coaching, compensation, benefit administration, employee relations, policy development and documentation, employee relations, employment and regulatory compliance
Work as a member of the People team leadership team to support the culture, growth and success of the organization
Support the leadership of various groups and departments by providing feedback, recommendations, and counsel on all HR related areas, identify concerns and issues to escalate as appropriate
Ensure the company is in compliance with applicable HR laws and regulations
Lead the communication of HR related matters to team members, through the development of comprehensive HR content and materials
Promote and foster a fun and engaging work environment; Organize events and raise awareness of available programs to assist employees
Mentor and manage HR Business Partners, Benefits, and Recruiting across multiple sites
Support measurement of productivity and addressing of productivity issues
Work with leaders on workforce planning, including position control/review; aligning with budget, productivity metrics, succession planting, etc.
Help leaders and employees adapt to changing environments, growth, and direction
Deploy performance management/appraisal program tools and processes. Includes training, coaching, participating in assigning ratings, feedback sessions and developing performance improvement plans
Skills We’re Looking For:
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business or Organizational Development
8+ years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources
Strong employee relations background
Track record of accomplishments and demonstrable capabilities in leadership, strategic thinking, effective use of metrics, systems, and innovation
Technology or call center experience is a plus
PHR or SHRM-CP preferred
High energy with a collaborative work style, strong communication, and roll-up-sleeves attitude to develop and maintain highly effective relationships internally and externally
Broad knowledge of experience in employment law, benefits, compensation, organizational development and employee relations.
Experience in the design and administration of benefits and compensation programs
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop Human Resources staff members
