Job Description:
This position is the first contact for all HR items. Responsible for day-to-day operations and administrative tasks. Maintain employee database including processing of new hires, rehires, transfers, address changes, status changes, tax withholding changes, etc. Perform general office functions including file maintenance, employment verifications, answering phones, assisting employees and applicants with general human resources questions. Responsible for company communication including weekly HR updates, company communication boards, all company emails, etc. Manage and process weekly payroll.

Social Media responsibilities are creating and publishing content on all social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, and the new and alternative free speech platforms to grow an audience, and build brand awareness.
