Government contractor located in Springfield VA is seeking a freelance IT Staffing Recruiter Account Manager with the following experience.

• The candidate should have 5+ years of experience in IT staffing
• Experience working with directly with clients.
• Act as the main point of contact, responsible for the timely delivery of consultants for the project as well as generation of new requirements.
• Scale up the business requirements with new & existing clients.
• Experience in Sourcing, Screening, Shortlisting and Negotiating with the Consultant and the Vendors.
• Providing prompt and relevant solutions to the escalated issues from the client.
• Analyzing the requirement carefully and help the team Source quality profiles for the same.
• Mentor team and provide onboarding training, if requested.
• Generate weekly and monthly status reports for clients.

EDUCATION:

• 4 year college degree

REFERENCES:

• Must be able to provide a minimum of 2 references in which you held a similar position

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour
