Biobot Surgical U.S. Inc. is expanding and seeking a Sales Representative to introduce a new, robotic needle-assisted MR Ultrasound fusion technology for prostate procedures in the Midwest, South, and Southwest regions of the U.S. We are seeking a proactive self-starter who can work well in a small and entrepreneurial work environment.
This position reports to the Territory Sales Manager.

Job Description
New Territory Sales Management
· Work with the Regional Sales Director to develop and implement territory business plans designed to achieve sales quota in the designated territory.
· Achieve quarterly and yearly sales quotas as assigned.
· Develop and present an ongoing pipeline of prospective customers and opportunities in a 12- to 18-month medical capital equipment sales cycle.
· Meet or exceed required selling activity metrics set by the leadership.
· Provide input to sales forecasts and updates every month.
Customer Relationship Management
· Conduct product training and guide in-servicing during procedures with physicians and nurses.
· Maintain relationships with physicians through education, training, and support.
· Build sustainable business relationships with physicians, nurses, materials management, and hospital administrators to drive product utilization.
· Attend and participate in training programs and trade shows as directed by the Regional Sales Director.
Sales Administration
· Track and report sales in an organized and timely manner.
· Oversee the execution of contractual obligations and agreements.
· Assist with post-sale customer issues.
· Maintain and keep relevant customer contact database (CRM).
· Cost-effectively manage time and company assets.
· Complete expense reports and other administrative duties as assigned.
· Assist Quality as requested with customer complaints and corrective and preventative actions (CAPAs).
Professional Requirements
· A four-year degree.
· 3-years or more of medical device capital equipment sales is required.
· Experienced selling in a 12- to 18-month medical capital equipment sales cycle.
· A background in urology, prostate biopsy, or prostate cancer is preferred.
· Able to drive the adoption of new procedures and products.
· Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint,)
Work Environment
· Travel up to 90% throughout their territory.
· The candidate must also live near a major airport with direct flight capabilities.
· 100% remote work.
· The position exists in a home office environment with frequent travel to customer sites such as hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, and physician offices.
· Hold yourself and your team accountable to conduct business in compliance with the company quality standards, FDA regulations and guidance, applicable ISO standards, and other pertinent medical regulatory requirements.
· Meet and maintain customer/medical facility access requirements, including regular or periodic drug screenings and background checks with a satisfactory result following Company requirements and the requirements of the customer/medical facility serviced.
· Should be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds (what our device weighs).

· Compensation will be determined based on:
– Territory quota
– Cost of living in the established territory
– Candidate’s number of years of medical device experience
