Are you a highly motivated and experienced professional with a passion for procurement and logistics management? Do you thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and have a proven track record of success in the field? If so, we want to hear from you! We are seeking a results-driven Procurement & Logistics Coordinator to join our team and support the operational logistics process.
As a Procurement & Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of procurement and logistics operations within the organization. Your role involves strategizing, coordinating, and optimizing the procurement process while ensuring efficient logistics management and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as operations, creative, finance, and sales to align strategies with organizational goals.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
● Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with the company’s
goals and objectives.
● Identify cost-effective and reliable suppliers/vendors while maintaining
high-quality standards.
● Negotiate contracts, terms, and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable
pricing and terms.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
● Evaluate supplier performance regularly, ensuring adherence to agreed-upon
terms and conditions.
● Conduct supplier assessments and audits to ensure compliance and quality
standards.
● Optimize logistics operations to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance
client satisfaction.
● Develop and manage budgets for procurement and logistics operations.
● Identify and mitigate potential risks in the supply chain, implementing
appropriate risk management strategies.
WHAT YOU NEED TO WIN
● Proven experience 3+ years in procurement, logistics, or supply chain
management roles.
● Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
● In-depth knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, and
logistics operations.
● Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
● Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
SKILLS THAT WILL GET YOU ON THE TOP OF OUR LIST
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management,
Logistics, or a related field
● Proficiency in using procurement software and tools
● Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices in procurement and
logistics.
● Experience with project and inventory management software
● Leadership abilities with a strategic and problem-solving mindset

● Salary range of $70,000 – $85,000 depending on experience and what you
bring to the table
