The TA Operations team is responsible for a broad portfolio of work in supporting TA: Employee Referrals, Affirmative Action / EEO, background checks, offers & contracts / Invoice processing, interview scheduling process, , data analytics and reporting, TA trainings, ATS (Workday) system efficiency in conjunction with the HRIS team, process management, and other emerging programs and tools.
As a Senior Manager in TA Operations, your job will be to advise, coach, and support TA Managers, Recruiters, Sourcers, Coordinators and all Hiring teams on best practices. This individual will act as a consultative advisor to others in a Talent Acquisition Operations environment and having applied extensive experience working on a Talent Acquisition Operations team, managing TA Operations programs and resources.
Specific areas of responsibilities include:
· Support all TA operations and strategic programs with opportunities to improve and streamline work
· Support ongoing operational reviews, process improvements, and process excellence across recruiting teams ensuring we hire the right talent at the right time and the right place
· Support building and implementing multi-year initiatives and roadmaps for TA Ops Including implement and maintain scalable processes, tools & systems necessary to support the recruiting function globally- work with functional leads on the team to improve quality of hire, support ATS improvements, adapt & integrate new TA tools, drive TA commitment to data integrity and consistency while ensuring the team delivers excellent candidate experience
· Map, document & partner with the TA team to train on TA processes, tools, systems that will ultimately improve quality of hires, reduce time in stage
· Support the development of and adoption of relevant recruitment metrics, create recruiting reports, and inform business decisions – identify, monitor and regularly report key metrics (including KPIs and ROI) across all TA programs and operations – use data to analyze and optimize recruitment processes – identify new tools and technology to improve operations
· Partner with cross-functional teams on HR systems, policies and guidelines interpretation and impact as systems, policies and procedures mature and change
· Act as Talent Acquisition Liaison with HRIS, Payroll, Marketing, Finance, Legal
· Manage Talent Acquisition vendors such as job boards, background check vendor, search firms, employment branding
· Lead efforts to identify areas to improve the candidate experience
Experience required:
· 10 years of experience in a Talent Acquisition / Recruiting Operations environment with in-depth knowledge of Recruiting compliance, tools, systems, and processes.
· 5years manager experience.
· Be a self-starter and proactive in identifying issues, driving root cause analysis, taking initiative to create and successfully implement solutions, and ensuring solutions address are integrated, experience managing or supporting a wide range of TA operations programs and initiatives and driving for results.
· Experience managing regional and global projects in a rapidly changing, transformational environment (program/project management).
· Experience with change management and applying project management best practices
· Ability to work effectively across the global talent acquisition team, HR teams (HRBPs, HRIS), and other functional teams (for example, Legal, Finance, Marketing and Communications) to deliver cost-effective business results.
· Ability to work with technical partners related to ATS integrations, TA vendor negotiations and management.
