Boeing Global Services’ (BGS) Human Resources (HR) organization is currently seeking a Human Resources Manager to join the U.S. Government Services HR team in Berkeley, Missouri.
The U.S. Government Services (USGS) organization is a $6B business spanning approximately 10,000 hard lined and matrixed employees. This position will have responsibility to lead a high performing HR team responsible to drive exceptional business results through cross-functional collaboration, employee engagement and execution of HR strategies and solutions for employees across the U.S. Government Services portfolio.
Position Responsibilities:
Lead and develop US Government Services Human Resources Generalist (HRG) team
Act as HRG for Strike and Surveillance Vice President and organization / leadership team
Perform as HR Sponsor to US Government Services Employee Engagement Team
Focus on government staffing from a program and functional perspective
Create foundational partnerships with HR teammates supporting our functions
Provide visible HR presence where our employees work to enable real time engagement and solutions
Contribute to the development of a culture of equity, diversity and inclusion
Aid in supporting the delivery of key HR processes (e.g. performance support, employee movement, leadership coaching, etc.)
Develop solutions to complex problems that require ingenuity and innovation
Ensure solutions are consistent with organization objectives
Participate in site planning activities and DE&I (Diversity, Equality and Inclusion) initiatives
This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This individual will work a hybrid schedule and will be expected on-site at least 2 days per week.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, practices and processes
5+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and understanding
5+ years of experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions
5+ years of experience executing strategies and managing projects that promote a culture of superior customer service and exceptional employee engagement
5+ years of experience partnering with leadership to design and implement workforce strategies to meet organization objectives
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Human Resources certification
Experience leading teams either formally or informally in a Human Resources role
Experience collaborating across organizational boundaries to deliver an integrated final product
Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills, high-impact communication style

Summary pay range: $80,640 – $149,760
