This position will have responsibility for leading a high performing HR team responsible to drive exceptional business results. The HR leader will develop and lead a team that will provide HR operations solutions and support to the IT&DA and Finance HR teams. Both IT&DA and Finance touch the entire Boeing Enterprise and as a result this manager will get the opportunity to gain insight to all three Boeing Business Units and key Functions and gain exposure and insight to the tech market.

Position Responsibilities:
Stand up and lead an HR Ops team partnering with IT&DA and Finance
Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with IT&DA and Finance Leaders, managers, employees, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
Lead, develop and engage a team of HRG’s with the goal of a high performing work team that is focused on continual learning and development, collaboration and engagement
Set up triage and solutions process for Service Now tickets
Lead implementation of Adaptive Insights
Workforce oversight
Employee Movement SME
Set up and maintain compensation approval process
Oversee and partner with IT&DA and Finance on Recognition Budgets
COP (Community of Practice) Focal for IT&DA and Finance
Look to standardize work across both HR teams and lift and leverage best practices from across the enterprise
Standardize process deployments, such as ACR, across both teams
Responsibilities as head of business operations and integration for Vice President and Leadership Team for IT&DA and Finance:
Ensure/establish integration of execution plans for IT&DA, Finance, and Business Transformation people strategies
Establish operations plan for IT&DA, Finance, and Business Transformation HR teams including operating rhythm and planning/running weekly meetings with the Leadership Team (LT)
Design and run monthly/quarterly deep dives on people strategy and strategic business reviews
Interact with Business Operations teams for Finance, IT&DA and other Functions/Business Units as necessary to ensure HR is aware/involved/influencing enterprise-wide outcomes (including, but not limited to, Talent Acquisition, Organization Effectiveness, Talent Management, Learning and Development, Employee Value Proposition)
Create, establish and maintain detailed project plans for IT&DA, Finance, and Business Transformation that will be utilized by the Executive Committee and Board of Directors
Engage the right HR and business resources to influence continual process improvement
This position has been identified as a virtual opportunity and does not require applicants to live in Seattle, WA. Travel will be required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, practices and processes
5+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and understanding
5+ years of experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions
5+ years of experience executing strategies and managing projects that promote a culture of superior customer service and exceptional employee engagement
5+ years of experience partnering with leadership to design and implement workforce strategies to meet organization objectives
3+ years of experience leading teams and direct reports
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s Degree or Higher
Human Resources Certification
5+ years of experience in a leadership role (formal and/or informal) within the Human Resource function
Collaboration across organizational boundaries to deliver an integrated final product
Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills, high-impact communication style
Experience managing and successfully leading HR strategy and process development and implementation across matrixes teams (and/or through geographically dispersed direct reports) in a large company

Summary pay range: $114,660 – $212,940
