We are looking for a Human Resources champion to rotate through HR teams during times of transition or leave coverage, including local office support and our HR Centers of Excellence. As a floating HR Manager, you will have a broad and varied role that will challenge you to become a better HR Professional and allow you to work with stakeholders across North America (NAMR). You will be responsible for helping employees, managers, and leaders with various HR activities spanning the full employee lifecycle. In addition, you will be a key leader within the North America HR Teams.
As a member of BCG’s HR team, we will lean on you to help us develop, deploy, and retain the best talent. We will work together to manage the life cycle of our BCGers and the day-to-day operations of HR. In this role, you will have the opportunity to display your exceptional problem solving, leadership, and analytical skills to stakeholders across North America!
