Job Summary: The Purpose of this position is to ensure the proper filing of various regulatory and non regulatory reports and to help keep the integrity of our general ledger through the timely reconciliation of all general ledger accounts assign to this position.
Primary Responsibilities: Include the following, but is not necessarily an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties, performance standards or requirement efforts, skills, or working conditions associated with the job. Management reserves the right to revise the job or to require that other or different tasks be performed when circumstances change (i.e. emergencies, rush jobs, change in workload, or technological developments).
1. Process Federal Reserve Reconciliation.
2. Reconciles Other Assets and Other Liabilities Report
3. Process Due from Bank Reconciliation.
4. In charge of the accounting for Fixed assets, LHI, and Prepaid
5. Process filing Sales Taxes and Documentary Stamps.
6. Responsible for issue and file TIC Report
7. Evaluates expense accounts and determines reasons for any difference.
8. Recurring entries maintenance.
9. Iota Account reports.
10. Custodian of BFB Agreements
11. Issue and file Child Support Enforcement Program
12. Provide support to internal and external auditors, and other areas of Financial Control Department
13. Assist the end of the year process and provides support in the Financial Statement process for Bradesco BAC Florida Bank and Subsidiaries.
14. Support Budget process.

Education and Experience: AA or AS in Business, Accounting, or Finance or four year of experience in similar areas.
Language Skills: Speak, read and write English and Spanish.
Mathematical Skills: Basic math skills.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Database software; Internet software; A/P systems; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
