Brown & Brown is looking for a Account Manager to join our Commercial Lines team in Warwick, RI!
The Account Manager position serves as the primary service contact for the client. The main purposes of this position are to provide customer service duties for customer accounts and transactions and, when necessary, to work with a Service Specialist to assign tasks and provide training as requested.
**This role has the opportunity for a HYBRID schedule! (2-3 days in Office)
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Responsible for the day-to-day account management of client accounts, including accounts receivable.
Compile and create proposals, summaries and additional documents as requested
Work closely with Producers and Marketing to achieve agreed upon goals for new and renewal business marketing
Develop and foster quality relationships with clients and teammates.
Review, analyze and resolve policy and coverage-related concerns for clients.
Operate agency operating system and basic programs such as Word and Excel as needed.
Meet requirements for licensing as directed by the branch
Consistently meet all Brown & Brown established quality control procedures and timelines.
Support marketing and sales teams.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Insurance industry with a strong emphasis in commercial lines insurance preferred.
College degree preferred but not required with appropriate work experience.
Property & Casualty insurance license (if not already held, obtain within 6 months of hire).
Proficient with management operating systems that support insurance sales, tracking and service.
Proficient with Microsoft Tools, Outlook, Excel.
